Rody Kent has leveraged her skills and experience from 25+ years in the film industry, and now coaches Senior Executives who wish to refine their executive presence, whether they are:
- On-camera for National Television
- Conducting Town Hall meetings
- Communicating with Analysts, C-suite Leaders, or the Board
Rody has earned numerous distinctions coaching well-known Executives, Celebrities, Athletes, and Actors on their presentation skills. She has helped many Corporate Presidents and Vice Presidents refine their speaking style to demonstrate more:
- Conviction
- Connection with their audience
- Charisma
She understands how important strong communication skills are for large group/media settings or small intimate settings with other Senior Leaders. She builds on a Senior Leader’s key strengths. For example, a Client may be known for good strategic thinking and execution. Rody will help that Client transform his or her passion for excellence into key messages people can remember and act upon.
Utilizing videotaping as a tool to assist the Client in examining and assessing his/her own presentation delivery skills (both verbal and nonverbal), Rody will help determine strengths and weaknesses in such crucial underlying areas as:
- Confidence
- Passion
- Authenticity in word and body language
Rody assists Executives in much the same way as with Actors, by helping them achieve their desired goals through strong presentation skills, giving them the speaking and delivery tools they need in order to convey, with authenticity, the image they wish to project. She has been widely recognized and received numerous awards including:
- WOMEN IN FILM Achievement Award
- North Dallas Chamber of Commerce Award for Excellence
- Two nominations for a CASTING SOCIETY OF AMERICA ARTIOS Award, including most recently, one for Location Casting on Season 4 of network AMC’s “BREAKING BAD” Television series
